Great Sales Guy! Adam Lloyd was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He let me know when they had the Tacoma I was looking for and even changed vehicles at the Adam Lloyd was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He let me know when they had the Tacoma I was looking for and even changed vehicles at the last minute to make sure I got exactly the right vehicle that day. My only issue was with finance, I think there is a lot of emotion pressure applied in this process and there were some misleading numbers thrown at me. Adam had given me a number for my payments that was high, then in finance I was given a number that was only $32 a month more for top tier extended coverage, when in reality it was $51 a month more. Finance didn't lie to me and I'm sure the product really pays off for some people. In the end, I feel like I paid too much being convinced to make a $3000 losing bet that the Tacoma will have more that $3000 in covered problems in years 3-6. I bought it because I don't believe it will be a problem. I know this is just part of the profitability vs value game. I just wasn't ready for it and I didn't play it very well. My experience with Adam was fabulous. Not so much with finance. For that part, I wish I had a do over. More
