Quick & Easy I started looking on line getting pricing from several dealerships. Stevenson had the lower pricing on the Toyota Tacoma that I had been looking at. He took the time to get to know me, get to know what my needs were and told me “based off what you’re telling me I have 3 different models I’d like to show you” and proceeds to show me the CHR first and when I mentioned I need AWD he explained what FWD means and how safe it was but didn’t push the car on me and still showed me a RAV-4 with AWD because of my concern. He really made sure to focus on the things are important to me, safety and reliability. He was no pressure when I told him I need to go talk to my wife because she doesn’t think we can afford a new car. I feel bad that he couldn’t earn my business right there because I know you all don’t get paid til we sign. Stevenson is extra lucky to have this man as the face of their business! More

My car shopping spanned many months, trips to the dealership, and Toyota models. During the entire time Graham was never pushy and completely understanding of what I was trying to accomplish. He would periodically check in with an email just to see how things were going which I appreciated. By the time I was ready to pull the trigger it was like I was buying from a friend. Graham's friendly, knowledgeable, and laid back vibe were very much appreciated by someone who has all too often seen the worst in salesmen.
