Easy & Friendly I wanted to test drive a 2018 Hybrid Highlander and was not necessarily planning to purchase a car on this day. I worked with Ellison who while eager to sell a car, also did not make me feel pressured. He was friendly, informative and also 'pulled' different cars from your lot so that I could compare colors and finishes. Within the hour, I had made my decision - largely based on Ellison (and of course - I loved the Highlander!). I purchased cars from Stevinson Lexus many years ago and was hesitant to return to Stevinson as I had a very bad experience. Ellison turned this around for me - I'll be returning to Stevinson for future car purchases and would have no issues recommending your dealership. More

A bad experience with a few shining moments of greatness My experience started out great. The salesman was there to answer all my questions. I told him I was looking and he was very helpful. A few days later he followed up with me, but wasn’t quite as friendly. I did buy my car there, but the negotiations are a huge hassle. Going to finance was a breeze with AJ. He was friendly and thorough explaining the process. (I have purchased many vehicles). My complaint comes in when I returned to the dealership to get a clear coat put on. The first time I was there I left the car for 3 hours only to return to my car not being serviced. Dealing with the finance person did not help the situation. He was extremely rude. AJ followed up the next day and we set a time for the work to be done. When I returned, I met with AJ and he took care of getting my car serviced. After three hours I returned to pick up my now completed car. They did not even bother to wash the car. I could not believe they would return a filthy car to me, (granted it was dirty to begin with). Between the salesman going through the motions of explaining how my new car’s gadgets worked and the poor service getting the clear coat done. I can honestly say I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. More

No pressure At other dealerships, I have always felt pressured to buy when I was not comfortable doimg so. This was not the case here. The customer service along the way was great as well; both Garrett and Kendall were friendly and answered my MANY questions without complaint. This was my second time buying from this dealership. I honestly don't know why I even shopped around; I dont think it is coincidence I ended back up at the same place the second time. More
