I contacted the dealer and offered to buy a listed car at the listed price. No haggle. No issues. They refused. The dealer ran me around for hours; said I could have it shipped, then changed their mind; asked me to send a copy of my airline ticket to pick it up (which I bought and sent), then changed their mind; refused to take my payment; then over weekend sold the car to someone else. And it's just a truck; not the end of my world. I wasn't going to write a review on Autotrader. But for whatever reason, the dealer then contacted me to survey my customer experience. I provided them detailed feedback via their private survey and... nothing. No apologies. No acknowledgment. No reply at all. So here you go guys. More

I hate buying cars You would think people would be excited about buying a new car. I dread it. I actually would rather have a colonoscopy and a root canal performed at the same time instead of venturing into an automobile showroom, But sometimes you just have to bite the bullet, so I headed to Stevenson Toyota West thinking I’ll take a quick look around and make my escape. I was greeted at the door by a very nice guy named Cole Prentiss. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to listen to what my needs were. He showed me options on the used car and new car side. I eventually decided on a new car. Unfortunately there was wrong information on the carfax for the car I was trading in. All the folks at Stevenson pitched in to get past this. They made me a very fair deal so I’m the proud owner of a new Tacoma. I also want to mention Mark Csentsry the finance guy. What a great guy., he actually made that process fun if you can believe that. When I left I felt great, as opposed to having that “I need a pregnancy test feeling”. Honestly, these folks restored my faith in the whole car buying experience and I would certainly recommend Cole and the entire Stevenson staff for your next car purchase. Thanks so much, Val M. The purchase of a truck I had owned a Toyota SR5 Tacoma in 1991 and then my son bought a 2010 Prius that we took it over when he went back to school. I usually own vehicles for a long time and I was torn between a new one vs a used one. My Dodge truck had 230K on it and I was looking for possibly my last vehicle purchase since I am 71 years of age. Peter listened to me, I didnt feel hustled, and ar the last moment remembered this vehicle that had just came into your possession. To make a long story short, he not only helped us purchase this truck but has always been there when I needed some detail or another explained. I was sued by Christopher Dodge World once while trying to obtain a truck... was leaning towards leasing and decided against before all the papers were signed. It left a sour taste in my mouth for car salesmen in general. Peter helped me with that and I feel you are lucky to have him in your employ. I still do not know enough about your overall dealership to rate it, Christopher Dodge World had a great service department despite thier pathetic sales and management team. More
