Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire that had a slow leak. My hood had also become warped previously and while opening the hood fully a piece of plastic trim was broken off under the dashboard. Ale slow leak. Chance Barnes was the service rep that assisted me. Because of the possibility of a long wait time, the complimentary Lyft service back to my home and then a ride back to the dealership when my vehicle was ready, was an added bonus. I felt the service pricing for both the maintenance performed and the attempted troubleshooting for a sporadic problem I was having was very reasonable and fair. I liked the fact they were willing to work with me, and treated me as a valued customer. I bought my 4runner from them and I have had nothing but outstanding service from them. Definitely earned my business going forward! More
Had a scheduled 1215 hitch install, was told approx 3 hours when the appt was made. Made special work and life arrangements to be able to get the car dropped, work from the dealer, and then return home hours when the appt was made. After initial introduction, I'm asked to wait. After 10 minutes, I'm told the job is 7 hours and I likely can't get the car back the same day. Ended up taking until mid morning the next day. Horrible job of scheduling and setting proper expectations. Being without the car that evening managed to only be a minor inconvenience. Really appreciate the provided Lyft rides from and back to the dealer. Well done with that service and piece of the experience. Messing up an appt for a known, well defined install feels awful and disrespectful of my time and customership. Lousy first experience, hopeful it was an anomaly. More
Called the service department for a quote for transmission fluid change was told it would be $260 with the current coupon they had available. When I inquired I was told I was quoted for the old labor cost…ended up leaving here feeling like I got the old bait and switch. This is the shady stuff I expected at the dealership and why I never take my cars to the dealership for service. The person I bought the car from strongly suggested it for this particular service and I regret it. Never again. More
