We had an appointment for Service and NOTHING was done! !!! I have always in the past had a good experience, not this time though… we were somehow lost in the shuffle of all the other appointments . The tire lights were still on, and my Fiancé had to put his own air in the ties…we were very disappointed!!!! 😕. I took my 4runner in for a routine oil change. Asked if they could check the tire pressure gages. They said the 2 of the tires were really low. I assumed they would add air. I get to my car and al Asked if they could check the tire pressure gages. They said the 2 of the tires were really low. I assumed they would add air. I get to my car and all their trash is still in there. The seat is covered, the mat has the paper cover, numbers tags. They usually clean this all up. I start driving and my tire pressure light is still on. I have 2 little kiddos and it's hard for me to get in for service. Now I have to go back in. I even added some of their recommendations that added up to few hundred dollars. I guess I excepted a tad more care. More

They charged $216 to glue on a rear view mirror. I called and they said they found get me right in. 30 hrs later it was ready.
