Arrived at Stevinson Toyota West on time for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Would not honor valid coupon received from this same dealer, and told I would have to wait 3 hours even though I had a appointment for an oil change. Easy booking and appointment. I pulled in the garage at the appointed time and someone helped me with my check in within the first 10 minutes. The shop was behind that day so I go I pulled in the garage at the appointed time and someone helped me with my check in within the first 10 minutes. The shop was behind that day so I got a text that it would take 2 hours for my oil change. The communication around the delay was helpful. My oils change only took 2.5 hours and I was on my way!
