Matt is a genuine guy, and much different than your stereotypical “used car salesman”. I was originally scheduled to meet with a different sales rep, who ended up being over 30 minutes late. One of the managers stepped in and had Matt take over. He was professional, curtious, and repaired the damaged road laid by his unprofessional co-worker. I would recommend Matt to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

(We have never owned a Toyota but we were curious after reading all the great reviews) He was so patient and took the time to show us around in a very professional manner. A great listener. He carries himself very well. It was an honor to work with him. We exchanged emails for a week before driving an hour and a half to pick out the RAV4. He had the models and the colors ready and from start to finish with test driving 2 vehicles up to lookout mountain and looking at other prospects, the whole process start to completely finished with all financing too was only 4.5 hours. Just Terrific Matt and the Stevinson team. Very impressed and the showroom is something in itself too. Felt really good in there with great vibes. Cant thank you guys enough and I am really proud to be a Toyota owner. I can already tell ill be back for all my vehicles from here forward. Already eyeballing a Tundra. :) Thanks again Matt!! More
