They make dealing with dealerships as painless as possible! Had a good experience working with Meadow. I definitely was shopping around and cinsidering the Highlander and 4Runner (coming from a Subaru Forester) Had a good experience working with Meadow. I definitely was shopping around and cinsidering the Highlander and 4Runner (coming from a Subaru Forester). Before visiting Stevinson West I had eliminated the Highlander and was pretty set of the 4Runner limited in white, but brand new was a little over m desired budget. I called all of the Toyota dealerships in town and was open to something certified used with less than 20k miles, but just wasn't able to find that with all of those specifics. Not only did Stevinson West offer me the lowest price on a 2018 limited with my specific specs (the highest price I was quoted from Groove Toyota was $1000 more), but then Meadow suggested a demo they had with just 3750 miles and fit all of the specs I was looking for. Because it had such low mileage it was still considered new, and they had it marked $4500 under msrp, which put that closer to my budget. The one thing this limited didn't have were running boards, but with Meadow's help (and Reece in parts who is just so nice), I was able to get them added on with 15% off the boards and they covered the labor charges (hey, every $140 counts!) There was a little confusion with the financing guys since the guy I worked with the day I bought the car wasn't there on the day I came to pick up two days later, but they worked together to get me the help I needed and in the end, AJ really stepped up to help me without making me feel pressured to make a decision right then and there. I wasn't really looking forward to dealing with dealerships and sales people when I started my new car search, but really appreciate how Meadow was willing to work with me on my search before even meeting me in person - she offered better pricing than other dealerships that I had actually visited and she had options that other dealerships didn't to help me get the price down a little bit, which is more than other dealerships were willing or able to do.
