Informative and friendly Brian took over for our original seller. He was informative, friendly, and efficient. Wonderful customer experience with Jimmy McChesney We had a great experience with Stevinson Toyota. We were moving back to the States after 4 years abroad and needed a car ASAP. They let us reserve the We had a great experience with Stevinson Toyota. We were moving back to the States after 4 years abroad and needed a car ASAP. They let us reserve the one we wanted and take care of everything the day of. Jimmy even picked us up at the airport which was unheard of for us! We did have some concerns with the car being sold as-is in case of a major issue that may have been overlooked, so John Petro set us up with a one-week warranty that if something serious broke within the first week they'd fix it for us or give us our money back. There happened to be a leak with the coolant but we brought it back up and although the guys we talked to originally weren't there that day, Paul Bouc took care of us and got it fixed right away, even gave us a temporary car for free (although that wasn't even part of our original agreement). Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and make our experience seamless. So happy with our BMW X6 and Stevinson Toyota! More

The process was no hassle, Matt did not try to sell us something different. The wait for the car to arrive in Golden was shorter than expected. When we picked up the car, Matt was thorough about the details of all the electronic features. Kendall was also very informative and our transaction went smoothly as we were paying full. The only reason for the 4 instead of the 5 is because the car was not in stock. I think Stevenson should be doing a better job of promoting cars that are less harmful to the environment. More

I would recommend Adam Lloyd as a sales consultant. I purchased a used 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD from the Toyota West dealership in Lakewood earlier this week. I drove up from New Mexico and viewed many Ta I purchased a used 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD from the Toyota West dealership in Lakewood earlier this week. I drove up from New Mexico and viewed many Tacoma’s within the Denver metro as well as NM before deciding on this particular truck. Adam Lloyd, the sales consultant, was especially helpful throughout this entire process. The truck sold itself, like most Tacoma’s do, however, Adam cued in at all the right moments with his extensive knowledge of all the additional components that this particular Tacoma offered. My mother/my co-signer, and I were not quite sure how we would purchase the vehicle. We discussed a few different payment plans with Adam and then decided to purchase the vehicle outright. Adam was also very helpful throughout this purchase-process allowing it to transpire organically as it should. My mother and I were both grateful for Adam’s aid in our purchase. Marc Csentery, the financial manager who completed our purchase, is a well oiled, comical, and savvy financial machine. He is very good at what he does and my mother appreciated his tactful compliments. I personally enjoyed his well prepared and well thought-out stories that were easily relatable to my own purchase.
