Great car buying experience I had great car buying experience at Stevinson Toyota west. I received estimate from Matt west, later He and Mke Mckevitt helped me get better deal th I had great car buying experience at Stevinson Toyota west. I received estimate from Matt west, later He and Mke Mckevitt helped me get better deal than the other place offered and made sure that I get all the rebates/deals and financing on the offer. Mike helped me with test drive and let my family also drive the vehicle so we were comfortable in selecting the right car for us and made it easier for us to decide on purchase. When asked Mike provided me with the out of door cost estimate on the vehicle so that I understood how much it would cost me in end with financing. Then Matt helped me with my trade in pricing and was able to get the price I asked for. In this whole process both Matt and Mike were very positive,enthusistic,ready to answer my questions and help with any issues or doubts I had to make the deal. Both are very nice fellows and in future I would certainly work with them. In this process they didnot pressurize me into buying anything unnecessry and let me decide what I want and let me and my family make the decision.There were no unecessary questions or uneeded guidance. Later I worked with Kendal Janak on signing papers and financing. she is very nice person who helped me in singing papers and financing part.There was no pressure or any gimmicks to sell things to me, So the whole thing finished in quick time and with nice feeling. So this was really great experience and I was happy after whole process. I was out with excitement and happy feeling which I doubt if any other car buying place has given me before.
