I got just the car I wanted I knew I wanted a used Subaru, and was hoping someone traded one in for a new Toyota. I called and talked to Marc Csentery and he assured me they wou I knew I wanted a used Subaru, and was hoping someone traded one in for a new Toyota. I called and talked to Marc Csentery and he assured me they would do everything they could to find the make and model I wanted. Marc introduced me to Jimmy McChesney and after a brief conversation, Jimmy said they would look for what I wanted. Jimmy did try to switch me to a Toyota, but I love my Subaru and didn't want to switch. It took 3 to 4 weeks, Jimmy called me every week to let me know there was no Subaru to match what I wanted but he and his manager were still looking. Then Jimmy called to tell me about a car that came in on a trade. It fit exactly what I wanted. Stevinson agreed to hold it for 2 days till I could get there on a Saturday morning. It was and is PERFECT. After a short test drive and a review of the Carfax, I am a very happy owner of a beautiful used Subaru. When it came time to work on the financing, Marc was amazing. This was the first time that I really felt as though my financial needs mattered. Marc was aware of the payment range I wanted. He checked with several finance companies and got my payments where I needed them to be. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone at Stevinson, from the sales reps out in the lot, to the receptionist, to Jimmy and Marc, they all made me feel like my experience was important to Stevinson.
