He was friendly and hospitable, easy to converse with. Once at the table we found him to be approachable, understanding of our needs, and very willing to help us get into the car we wanted. Nate came by and greeted us while we were signing paperwork. He was also friendly and understanding, willing to make sure we received appropriate value for our trade in so we could buy the car we were looking at. The sales manager's goal with us was to see if he could push us into walking away from a decent deal--- even with the fact that our family has bought no fewer than 8 cars from their sister shop at Stevinson Toyota East. Eric Brett is the Sales Manager; and he very nearly spat at us in opposition to the deal we thought we had with the salesman. His act was practiced, rude and malicious. This wasn't negotiation. Eric's conduct was foul, atrocious behavior intended to alienate - not to bargain in good faith. Yaz played the "nice guy"--- again, just an act. Don't they realize that car buyers have options now? Our option is to never come here again. More
