It was a snowy day and I was a bit hesitant about buying a vehicle because of the weather conditions, but he reassured me and answered all the questions I had. He wasn't too pushy and he always had a smile on his face. While I was filling out the paperwork, he offered me tea and answered more questions of mine. The next day I came back to pick up my vehicle and Joe helped me out by doing the finishing touches on the car and finding the keys. Knowlegable, patient, friendly and experienced Jami was very patient with my Mother. She needed a vehicle that was easy to get in & out of and he showed her several different models. She has owned a couple Rav's and a Corolla in the past but wasn't sure what model she wanted. She chose a Corolla that she is extremely happy with! The price was right and she got great a interest rate. We had limited time the day we came in but he got her taken care of and she returned on Monday to finish the financing (she said it only took 15 minutes in financing!) and pick up the car. So he had everything ready for her. He reviewed the dash board with her (she doesn't even own a computer) and he helped her get both cars home afterwards. Thank you for the great experience Jami!
