From the second we walked in, Graham was personable, understanding of my car situation and very helpful to what we were looking for. They both made the process thorough and quick answering any questions that I had. Both were very personable and professional. I am very happy with my purchase at Toyota Stevinson and would 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a new car! Thanks again guys! Also, thank you for being pet friendly. Spot-on customer service! Jami was not only helpful, trustworthy & honest but he was extremely personable & easy to get along with. We really appreciated his quick response to Jami was not only helpful, trustworthy & honest but he was extremely personable & easy to get along with. We really appreciated his quick response to our inquiry to scheduling a test drive. He had the car ready for us to try out which was helpful when shopping with a 3 year old. He didn't pressure us to make a decision and he was a large part in us deciding to purchase vehicle & not look elsewhere since we were happy with him as a salesman. Definitely recommend! More

Outstanding experience overall! Overall a great experience! I priced my vehicle on-line and the price was the best offered in town. They actually stood by that price with no waffling Overall a great experience! I priced my vehicle on-line and the price was the best offered in town. They actually stood by that price with no waffling. My salesman Austen Reed helped from the initial contact online, follow-up to set an appointment, test drive and final sale. Absolutely no pressure, knowledgeable and a great guy! I did notice days later that there was a lot of dog hair in the cargo area and scratches; I contacted Austen and set a time to bring it back to inspect. He grabbed a sales manager to come see (I believe it was Nate Hagar) and they agreed it was a problem and helped me swap out the damaged parts right on the spot! They also offered me a free accessory for my troubles. Austen even drove the accessory to my home and delivered it! Can't say enough about these guys and their customer service. I will definitely use them again and refer to family and friends! Greg B More
