He did a great job walking us through the whole process and made sure we were happy with everything going on. After deciding on the RAV4, I was bale to work with Kendall Janak in the financing department who was very patient and helpful with the entire process. She was kind and very personable making the whole process easy and stress free. Before leaving the lot, Tyler did a great job of walking me through the car allowing me to understand all of the features. He did a great job in showing us the car, explaining it's various features and then a detailed-walk through of the car at the end of the sales process. As a part of the transaction we were to have some body side molding installed (we had door dings!) once they came in to the dealership. Tyler's involvement in this process, which was well after the sale, made that much easier for us than it could have been. He and Nate (Sales Manager) really know how to support their customers! By the way...I live out of Colorado and so much appreciate this dealership I continue to come back to by my cars from them! More
