Friendly and Professional Riley did a good job and I had no issues with her at all. Unfortunately the reason for the 4 and not a 5 was due because we had a bad experience with an Adam L before we got the car and when we did get the car he was pretty upset that we did not go with him but with someone else. As a matter of fact if not for Riley giving us great service I have no doubt that I would have taken my business else where. It has been 12 years since the last purchase and the time had come to deal with the dreaded purchase process. Instead of hassle and grief....this purchase was by far the most pleasant. Meadow was very friendly, knowledgeable about the product and straight to the point. I was highly impressed that - even after the purchase - she would take the full amount of time needed to walk me through the mechanisms of my new automobile. Her explaination was very concise and, for once, the process did not feel rushed. In the finance department Marc Csentery clearly explained all of my options to purchase for the vehicle in a simple way that I easily understood.
