Josh in Finance was super easy to work with, informative on the add-on options. And, most importantly, he took no for an answer on the extras we didn't want with no argument. Pretty straight forward, really fast Deal. I was looking for new deals, I like Toyota and I decided to look deals on internet, Stevinson Toyota West is close to my house and started to look som I was looking for new deals, I like Toyota and I decided to look deals on internet, Stevinson Toyota West is close to my house and started to look some deals like 1 or 2 weeks before my visit, on internet, the dealership had some good cars and being Toyota Dealership, I wanted to see if there was some RAV4 or equivalent kind of car and if I was going to be able to afforded, I went to the Dealership 12/18/2017, I approached the reception desk and in less of 5 minutes, Adam Lloyd approached to me really cordial and friendly, he took me to his desk and ask me some questions, Adam was really fast to find me a deal, after ask me for some insurance info and my driving license, 10 minutes later I was doing my test drive, Adam actually a lot explaining the features and how to use the car, after the test drive, Adam help to set me up, after maybe 1 hr, I was on my way to Finance office with Josh Ross, Adam Recommended him on high regards. Josh Ross was really helpful explaining all the details about my finance options and, again, to find the best deal for me, Josh explained all the options patiently, I signed some documentation, explaining each document before a signed, some time later, I was on my way back to Adam that already had my new car ready, explaining some last things and asking me to contact him if I had any comments or questions, Adam gave me the keys of my new Car. All the process was quick and straight forward, Both Adam and Josh help me to get what I was looking for, help me to get the best deal for me and explain every step on the process, They are very Professional individuals and I'm glad for have being helped by them. Personally, the process was a excellent experience, I am really satisfied and happy to do business with Stevinson Toyota. I'll definitely coming back to Toyota Stevinson if I decide to get another vehicle in the future. More
