As for Valerie and I we felt that Jimmy was a part of our family and was very welcoming and helpful. I leased a 2018 Toyota 4runner and mind you, this was my 2nd time ever leasing a vehicle. Deck and his team are not only incredibly easy to talk to but they actually LISTEN to you unlike most dealerships that I had visited previous to STW. Most people hear what you're saying but don't actually listen, there IS a difference. Long story short, Deck Hughes and his team made this experience so incredibly easy and painless. There was absolutely ZERO pressure at ANY point during the decision making process. Deck's team, lead by Nate Hagar (Sales Manager), Brian Gray (Sales Consultant) and Brach & AJ in finance, were so great to work with. Even Gus, the showroom dog/companion makes you feel right at home. I couldn't be happier with the decision to go with STW. Every thing was calm and relaxing, Tony was the best. Tony made the experience very calm and relaxing.
