Instead of pushing me into making a decision, he patiently offered the space for me to make the decision to purchase. He owns a Tacoma TRD Off Road himself, and took me up Lookout Mountain to a little-known un-plowed washed out dirt road so I could try out the truck in 4WD. He's from the area, and was taught by his grandfather at an early age (9) to drive and work on cars, and has a real affinity for them. He's a genuine and solid young man, and--given that buying a car is an hours-long process--it was a pleasure to spend time with him. Tyler went above and beyond not only in taking me on a thorough test drive of the vehicle, but also in helping me drive the truck home that day. I was driving a rental car, and he offered to clean and return it to Enterprise on my behalf. He went to the trouble to call them and make the necessary arrangements. This was an unexpected and delightful thoughtfulness, and contributes to the five-star rating I gave Stevinson. Apart from Tyler, the only other employee with whom I dealt was Josh Ross. His job in financing obliges him to try and sell the extended care package to buyers. I didn't buy it, in part because any time someone tries to sell me something and talks really fast in a well-rehearsed speech, my inclination to buy whatever it is they are selling diminishes. More

Unfortunately the reason for the 4 and not a 5 was due because we had a bad experience with an Adam L before we got the car and when we did get the car he was pretty upset that we did not go with him but with someone else. As a matter of fact if not for Riley giving us great service I have no doubt that I would have taken my business else where. Meadow was very friendly, knowledgeable about the product and straight to the point. I was highly impressed that - even after the purchase - she would take the full amount of time needed to walk me through the mechanisms of my new automobile. Her explaination was very concise and, for once, the process did not feel rushed. In the finance department Marc Csentery clearly explained all of my options to purchase for the vehicle in a simple way that I easily understood.
