Pet Smart or Service Area My ,experience was very good, honest, and efficient. I am in the service area for my first and most likely my last time as I have a choice of Toyota My ,experience was very good, honest, and efficient. I am in the service area for my first and most likely my last time as I have a choice of Toyota dealers for service. I come in for service not to visit an extension of PetSmart. I walk in early morning and some woman, whom I thought was a customer, has this dog sniff me and then she continues to her office. Now think about this, you have a customer that is allergic to dogs and has to be in this small office with a dog, of the dog is sniffing you while in the office, or frankly some folks simply are uncomfortable with dogs, is this what customers expect when they come to a dealer? Enough of catering to people who get a dog and can't responsibly leave it at home or miss it so much they can't work! Then I go to the customer waiting area and you guessed it, a dog on one of the chairs until another person asks them if that is appropriate, now others must sit where the dogs butt was. Oh yea, dog eating the free pastry in customer area. I really don't need this. Again, buying experience was very good but I'd rather not contend with the other customers (dogs). More

Greatest New Car Experience I can’t say enough about Stevinson West Toyota. I walked in a week ago and was looking for a new car. I have a 17 year old Toyota Tundra that I absolu I can’t say enough about Stevinson West Toyota. I walked in a week ago and was looking for a new car. I have a 17 year old Toyota Tundra that I absolutely love, but as we all know our Colorado mountains wear on vehicles. The ladies at reception matched me with the perfect sales team. Ellison Holley was my first introduction to the “TEAM”. He immediately catered to my needs for a new vehicle and set me on the correct path of purchase. My final choice was the Highlander. I needed towing capacity for my various adventures and fuel efficiency. The Highlander fit this perfectly according to what Ellison educated me on for this fine vehicle. I loved the spacious interior and the V6 power to encompass the versatility of all these adventures. Ellison didn’t steer me wrong and after a test drive I knew I was in the right place. Ellison was great! The second part of the “TEAM” was Brach Marker in the financial department. He helped me to understand exactly what my goals were with my new purchase. I really appreciated his honesty and guidance to fit my needs and give me great assurance as I drove off the lot in my new Highlander.
