A clear bra ($795) and gap insurance on a Rav 4 three year lease should NOT increase the monthly payment by $65! I got full coverage insurance that includes Gap coverage for $119/mo. It reeks of greed and leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Dealing with Mike was great! Too bad that the finance side of the house made my experience less than satisfactory. More

Better than Groove and/or Auto Nation We were directed to Auto Nation on East Arapahoe Rd to get Costco pricing. We set an appointment for noon and arrived at that time. They tried to add "Windshield Protection" adding $500 to the loan. Crazy! Going from A high glass deductible to a 0 deductible would be nowhere near that expensive! It took a couple hours for them to look at our trade and find the car they were quoting so that we could actually look at it.. We finally made it to dealer #2, Groove Toyota on South Broadway at about 2:30. We called them about 30 minutes before our 2:30 arrival to let them know we were on our way. Groove brought the cars we were interested in buying to the front of the store for us i.e. no wandering around with a salesperson trying to find the car like at Auto Nation. None the less, it took almost 4 hours of waiting in their very cold sales area (they had the doors open to the outside) to get the bottom line deal they were willing to offer us - possibly because the salesman was trying to work with another buyer at the same time. They did beat the Auto nation deal by $5/month. I saved going to Stevinson Toyota for last because when I owned a Prius I had used both Stevinson and Groove for service and the service experience at Stevinson was way, way, better than at Groove. We arrived around 6:30 p.m.. As I expected everything about the buying experience at Stevinson was better than at the other 2 dealerships! The 1st car they had waiting to show us had some options we didn't need. So they found at brought to us one without those options. They gave us $500 more for our trad than the other 2 dealerships. After agreeing to buy the car at the same price as the other guys the next step is always visiting the finance manager, whose job at all dealerships is to upsell you on extended warranties, gap protection etc. The gentleman who helped us, Marc, was very professional and not at all high pressure. Rather, he did a great job of letting us know the pros and cons of buying various things. That experience took only about 15 minutes. Then our salesman Graham Goughan did an absolutely fabulous job of patiently explaining to my wife and me how to use all the safety features and the zillion things that the infotainment systems can do on today's new cars. He patiently spent well over an hour answering all the questions we had. We left the store with our new Rav 4 at about 9 p.m. on Saturday 11/25/17. Based on my previous experiences with Toyota dealers I was expecting Stevinson to be the best of the three. But I am blown away by how much they exceeded that expectation! After a few phone calls, we decided to head up to Denver to look at the car and Tyler was right there to greet us. Buying a car is stressful, but the whole process at Stevinson Toyota, was pretty smooth. It did not take as long as I thought. The people there, keep all the steps going.....so not alot of waiting time. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this dealership and Tyler Trimmer, to help you with the vehicle of your dreams. I got my Lexus and absolutely LOVE driving it every day! The only advice I would suggest is to, spend a little more time detailing cars a bit and a full tank of gas for the purchaser. More

Ellison Holley was terrific! I don’t like buying cars, but Ellison Holley made it painless. He was very busy, but made me feel like he had my back! I took my Prius in for service and ended up driving off the lot with a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid. Ellison arranged for me to use the RAV4 while my car was being serviced and I fell in love with it.
