I placed a query online, and Riley Stifflear reached out to me the next day. Carefully listening to my needs, she located a vehicle for me within minutes. When I met her, I knew that this trip to Stevinson would be just as great as the first! Riley is SO personable, has a great sense of humor, and more energy than you can imagine. She dealt with every detail, demonstrated great patience with my smart-aleck husband, and sent us home knowing we made the right choice. Great Experience I went in looking at new 4runner's or highlanders. I met Tyler and he pointed out the differences between the two. I narrowed it down to a 4runner. Good experience Mike was friendly, responsive, and did what he said he would do. I didn’t appreciate the sales tactics of the finance department. A clear bra ($795) and gap insurance on a Rav 4 three year lease should NOT increase the monthly payment by $65! I got full coverage insurance that includes Gap coverage for $119/mo. It reeks of greed and leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Dealing with Mike was great! Too bad that the finance side of the house made my experience less than satisfactory. More
