I had my eye on a specific vehicle on the used lot, and h From the minute we walked onto the showroom floor, Jimmy was extremely friendly and helpful. I had my eye on a specific vehicle on the used lot, and he quickly got us set up with the key to test drive it. After a quick test, we took the vehicle for an extended drive. Jimmy stayed in contact later that day, and was very efficient when we negotiated the sale. He processed our sales paperwork very quickly, and even stayed late to make sure we got through financing and had everything we were promised. This is the third car we've bought from Stevinson Toyota West (1 new, 2 used), and I can truly say that this was the fastest, easiest process of them all.
