No pressure well informed pleasant experience. I came in with my decision made, I was buying a 4 Runner today. I had recently been in a rollover accident in my '99 4 Runner. I had been to two other Toyota dealerships and when I got to Stevinson the experience was very different than the other places I'd been to. The appearance of the dealership exudes class. Tyler spoke to my boyfriend on the phone prior to our arrival. My boyfriend was a top salesman for a Pontiac dealership years ago and he knows his stuff. He was impressed with Tyler's no nonsense to the point approach. I liked Tyler immediately. He has great manners, diction and a professional style to his personality that is unique. He was well informed and he knew where to go to get the info he didn't know, efficient. He made me feel very comfortable and I felt he was trustworthy. He is down to earth with class. He even put up with looking at pictures of my dogs and let us bring my boyfriends dog in. Overall we had a great time. More
