We previously purchased a new 2002 Tundra from Stevenson (which has 233,000 miles under its belt and is still humming along nicely with no major problems.) Great new RAV4, great service from Tony & Marc We have purchased several cars from Stevinson West over the years, and also use their Service Center to maintain our 4Runner, so returning to Stevinso We have purchased several cars from Stevinson West over the years, and also use their Service Center to maintain our 4Runner, so returning to Stevinson to find a new car after our Camry was totaled in the hail storm was the obvious choice. Tony Salazar greeted us warmly, asked the right questions, listened to our needs/wants for the new vehicle, gave us pros and cons for the two models we were debating, and never once made us feel pressured. He was genuinely interested in making sure we were happy - with the car choice, with the price, with the financing. He was very patient with us, even when we went to another dealer (big mistake on our part!) to look at cars.....he knew he could give us the best deal and held my RAV4 Adventure until we came back, ready to purchase. He went above and beyond to get us the price we needed, and even worked with Marc in Financing to get us a few extras and stayed within our budget. Marc Csentery was also great to work with.
