Jeff has never not taken reponsibility for the attitudes of his employees or the quality of the work of those employees. At times, it is like he has even rolled up his sleeves to make sure a repair or maintenance was done correctly. The Prius I bought from Mark Land 3years ago was also a pleasant experience. My current Prius is the second car I purchased from Stevinson Toyota and with people like Jeff Tossie in your employment it certainly will not be my last.
