My husband and I test drove both the highlander and 4Runner. Aaron answered every question ,and if he didn't know, found out right away. We could not choose between the vehicles. Both were excellent choices, we were totally stumped. Aaron gave us as much info as he could. He ran the numbers for both vehicles and printed them out. We told him we needed to sleep on it to decide which vehicle was best for us. He was cheery and pleasant even though we left without purchasing and we appreciated that a lot. The printouts helped us make the choice of the 4 runner. ( if I could,I would have bought both:) Aaron made sure we were happy and comfortable through the whole business/ finance process. When it was all complete he took us to our 4Runner and explained the controls etc. We walked around the vehicle , it was all clean and very new. We love it, even 24 hours later:). We found Aaron to be an excellent salesman without being overbareing at all. He has a great sense of humor which really helped the process for me.
