Wonderful experience from the beginning My wife and I had a wonderful experience from the moment we drove into the parking lot. Tyler was outside and provided us with a friendly welcome. We wanted to look at RAV4s and he only showed us models we were interested in. There was no attempt to upsell us. After we made our selection of 2 vehicles, Tyler got right to task on the paper work and made it a fast and efficient experience. We then met with Andrew Brownlee who was also extremely friendly and efficient. He offered a series of packages that we declined but never felt pressure which is unusual based on my experience at other dealers. I was especially touched by an article and picture of a 95 year old veteran who was a customer of Stevinson that Andrew chose to honor by framing and placing on his desk for everyone to see. Very classy.....we can never honor our veterans enough. More
