There was never any hard selling involved in any of this, which made the experience pleasant for all of us! We were even surprised that our trade-in was given a fair deal. We said goodbye to our well loved and used 18 year old Toyota Tundra and brought home our new 2017! The experience was painless and actually a little bit fun :) The girl at the front desk was also so nice. My kids were hungry (we didn't expect we would stay and buy!) and she was kind enough to get them some snacks while they waited. More
