He was up-front about all the features, cost, etc. and spent time with us setting up all the truck features, etc. after buying it. Felt I got a good deal and everyone walked away happy. Only reason why I didn't give my review 5 stars was because of the unclear process of installing a couple of upgrades to my new truck through the parts department. They weren't nearly as easy to deal with. More
