Horrible Customer Service The service department at Stevinson Toyota West is horrific and extremely unhelpful. I made an appointment for my 15k service and to get my AC looked The service department at Stevinson Toyota West is horrific and extremely unhelpful. I made an appointment for my 15k service and to get my AC looked at because it went out (that's right, a 2016 RAV4 and the ac went out....great). I specifically told the woman making the appointment to flag it for the main shop because I understand how service departments make appointments. I even specifically said 'because i don't want to show up and them tell me the appointment is only for the express shop and then I have to wait another two weeks'. Surprise! What happens?? I drop off my car and the wonderful (sarcasm) Mike Hashman tells me 'your appointment was made for the express shop, we can maybe look at it tomorrow, but if not, there's a two week wait' aka go pound sand. It's really great when you, the customer, are punished for a lack of responsibility in the service department. While waiting to speak to the service manager I made an appointment with Groove Toyota. Groove was super helpful and got me an appointment the next morning, no questions asked. After I got off the phone with Groove, the service manager at Stevinson asked me 'are you sure you told the woman making the appointment here that you needed to get your AC looked at?' Cue immense rage. Go somewhere else. Buy a Toyota somewhere else. There's too many dealerships and service centers for a dealership to act like this. Especially when it was 100% the dealership's fault. Never coming here again. More
