When we brought in our Rav for it's first oil change, I was left in the lobby for 4 hours while my car was in the parking lot..no one bothered to call my cell phone or come get me in the lobby to let me know it was ready. The service manager offer a free tank of gas on the next oil change to earn our business back. Called back 9/6/17 to schedule an oil change, they are a month out for an oil change and the lady on the phone didn't seem to care. I have never had this problem with Mountain States Toyota, so I will continue to support dealership with good customer service. Stevinson Toyota West just lost a customer for life. Mike T. More
