Excellent experience About six months ago I took my RAV 4 in for an oil change. While I was waiting I asked if someone could teach me how to use the GPS. Jeff came out and spent quite a bit of time with me. When we finished the tutorial he said I could come back for a 'refresher' at any time. Jeff was generous with his time and knowledge. Our meeting was much appreciated and useful. Two months ago my RAV was totaled. I remembered Jeff and called him. I now have a brand new RAV! Jeff's service is stellar. He was able to deliver the vehicle I requested in a timely manner and at a fair price. He deserves a raise for being such an excellent representative for Stevinson Toyota West. More
