I placed a query online, and Riley Stifflear reached out to me the next day. Carefully listening to my needs, she located a vehicle for me within minutes. When I met her, I knew that this trip to Stevinson would be just as great as the first! Riley is SO personable, has a great sense of humor, and more energy than you can imagine. She dealt with every detail, demonstrated great patience with my smart-aleck husband, and sent us home knowing we made the right choice. BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Took my 2014 4-runner here for an oil change. They overfilled the oil by a few quarts. When we came back after noticing acted like they didn't belie Took my 2014 4-runner here for an oil change. They overfilled the oil by a few quarts. When we came back after noticing acted like they didn't believe us, they wanted to take my car out of sight before looking. My husband is smarter than that and told them they were bringing a tech out and checking it right in front of us. They did redo and show us its not over filled. But to overfill oil by quarts could destroy the car. They are lucky that my car still works! Also while changing oil broke the skip plate bolts off and didn't bother fixing. NEVER trust this service dept. Take your vehicle elsewhere. More

Great Experience I went in looking at new 4runner's or highlanders. I met Tyler and he pointed out the differences between the two. I narrowed it down to a 4runner.
