Extremely knowledgeable! I've always been impressed with the service but this round Jamie took it up to the next level. I brought my 4Runner in for service and while waiting I I've always been impressed with the service but this round Jamie took it up to the next level. I brought my 4Runner in for service and while waiting I was looking at the tacomas and comparing features as well as some of the new apps for the Toyota lineup. Being on crutches and hopping around, Jamie came up and offered me some help. To make things comfortable, we stepped into his office where he setup the chair where I could sit down and another chair to prop up my leg on, followed by stepping out and grabbing me a cold water and some brochures. We talked about the apps and he explained how they work, the differences between the Tacoma lineup and every question I had he had the answer for.
