It is really refreshing to tell them what you want, and what you are willing to pay, and have them offer up some ideas and options and make it work. We had our 2 kids with us, so we didn't want to be in the dealership forever, and they've got a great snack bar and kids area, and worked us through quickly, so it was a fun family date to buy the car. It was really nice, and sadly too rare, to feel heard and respected in the car buying process. More

Once the sale was finalized, Garrett even helped set the Bluetooth in my car and left me with a full tank of gas. Excellent service and a great experience. After some initial conversations with Graham over email and phone, my total time spent in the dealership was about 2 hours. Josh in Finance was even able to find me a more competitive financing option which helped bring down my monthly payment.
