The first time we met with him, his calm demeanor and friendly personality put me at ease and made me feel comfortable about sharing our needs and budget. He was very understanding about our situation and was willing to exhaust all his resources to help us find the best deal on our new 4Runner. We didn't purchase one at the time, but because he was so accommodating and kind that I kept in touch and decided to keep him as my sales representative. When we were ready to make the purchase a couple months later, Matt was just as helpful, honest, and trustworthy as during our first meeting. It really reassured me that he and the dealership were centered on great customer service and representing the brand in a positive fashion, while not pushing the customer to make an impulse decision to inflate their paychecks. He was able to find us a brand new 4Runner that was being delivered to a nearby dealership with all our checklist requirements, and had it routed to our dealership for delivery by the end of the week. I was thrilled about the results and the overall professionalism of the entire experience.
