Best car buying experience ever! I went into Stevinson to test drive a Highlander, but had no intention of buying because my husband was working with a dealer out of state. Jami, the salesperson, saw I was looking around and kindly greeted me. He listened to what I was looking for, wasn't pushy, and went out of his way to gain my business. He was honest, upfront, and gave me the best price. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. There were no hidden fees or funny business at closing, like I have experienced at other dealerships. Jami changed my opinion of car salesman for the better. For the first time buying a car was actually a positive experience. I highly recommend Jami and his team. More

Well time was tight for us and we had to get a vehicle quick. So we shopped for 3 days hitting multiple dealers. And Riley at toyota was the only one we worked with that didn't force or push anything on us. She was very real, no sales pitches and marketing schemes. Aside from us being a big toyota family, that was why we purchased a car from Riley at Toyota. And we will hopefully be back in a few years for an upgrade when our income allows for it. More

(Seriously, the dealership is in west Lakewood, and Austen came to get us from southeast Aurora) That's not a thing, my dad just made it up because he's bossy, and Austen acquiesced because he's a doll. So, we were picked up in the vehicle that we had been discussing over our phone conversations with Austen- a new 2017 Toyota RAV4. Austen was super informative, patient, and honest with us the whole day. He clearly explained everything regarding the car, and the financing situation. My family is a rowdy crew and Austen was easily able to keep pace with all of our antics throughout the entire day. I got the exact car that I wanted, it was simple and straightforward. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. Everything was so easy and I couldn't have had a more enjoyable first time car buying experience. More

Found the exact car I was looking for.. I was looking for the very elusive 2014 or 2015 Toyota 4Runner with a 3rd row of seats, 4 wheel drive, and low mileage. I always felt like he was on my team. I never felt any pressure to buy the vehicle. Matt was also very helpful, informative, and thorough answering all my questions and many phone calls. In the end, this was the right vehicle for me and my family. I am very happy with my purchase, the sales associate I worked with: Matt Peterson, and the customer service at Stevinson Toyota. On a side note: I had to bring my three kids car shopping with me. Thankfully, Stevinson Toyota has a complementary snack and beverage area, which other dealers do not have.
