New RAV4 I came into Stevinson with my eye on a RAV4. I was hoping it would be the car for me. Graham helped me pick out a RAV4 to test drive. He answered every question I had and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He made the entire process so easy that I literally said, "That's it?" It was so painless and fast! I bought a RAV4 from the hail sale and Graham has been terrific keeping me in the loop about the tail light repair and the windshield replacement. Graham was a pleasure to wok with. I would send my friends to him without hesitation. Marc in financing was just a brilliant and knowledgeable guy who made the hardest part of buying a car better than I thought it would be. He was very clear explaining everything to me so I felt I knew exactly what I was signing. More

New RAV4 Graham has been very patient in dealing with me during the sales process for my new hail damaged RAV4. He literally spent at least an hour with me and Graham has been very patient in dealing with me during the sales process for my new hail damaged RAV4. He literally spent at least an hour with me and my family looking around at all the cars on the lot until we found the best one. I've texted him pretty much every day to ask when the broken windshield will be done and he has responded and called me back anytime I had questions. Transcendant Customer Service Matt Peterson led me through a difficult deal where I had put a significant amount of money down on new Tundra, where co-signer credit apps had mista Matt Peterson led me through a difficult deal where I had put a significant amount of money down on new Tundra, where co-signer credit apps had mistakes that had to be corrected, my SS number was misread, and led to a significant delay in me being able to pick up my vehicle. Throughout the process Matt was calm, courteous, and exhibited a mature attitude beyond his years, and exceptional level of service, communicating with me every day, and leading the way to having complete confidence in his ability to help me remain patient, during a bit of a stressful time for me when buying my first brand new Toyota Tundra. During one of the busiest times of the year, after Stevinson Toyota Wests' inventory had been decimated by a hailstorm, and cars and trucks were flying off of the lot at an unheard of pace, Matt not only found me the truck I wanted, with NO hail damage, but managed to make me feel that I was his first priority every single day, when I knew he had more on his plate than at any time of the year, after being blindsided by a hailstorm that damaged hundreds of cars and trucks. He went above and beyond what is expected of any salesman, and made me feel as comfortable as possible after I put more than 50% down on a 1794 Edition Tundra, including my trade in. The ONLY salesman I would recommend to anyone would be Matt, as his attention to detail, and overall calm energy helped me through a difficult life situation, coupled with a deal that took a little longer than expected. Well done Matt, and thank you, from me and my family, for making this happen. AND I GOT A BEAUTIFUL NEW TRUCK!! My third Tundra, 8th Toyota overall, but this was my first new Tundra. My first Toyota pickup I bought in high school was originally from Stevinson, and made it all the way to Chicago. The deal was worth every minute, and Matt Peterson and Stevinson Toyota West will be the only dealer I ever recommend to anyone. Bar none, some of the finest service I have ever received in any transaction. Thanks again Matt!!! More
