Scheduled a routine maintenance maintenence appointment and arrived 30 minutes early. I was told the wait time was 2 hours, which was my experience in the past and I had no problem waiting in the lobby fo and arrived 30 minutes early. I was told the wait time was 2 hours, which was my experience in the past and I had no problem waiting in the lobby for. This time however my car was not being worked on until 3 hours later, after I asked how much longer. I waited for a total of 3 and a half hours this time and the coordinator told me he asked the technicians to skip the inspection, to only change oil and rotate tires because i had waited so long. All visits prior to becoming Asbury were super pleasant. This is completely unacceptable business practice and customer service. I'll not be returning to Stevinson if my next experience is the same, and will be encouraging others to shop elsewhere. So disappointing!!! More
