I had an appointment for 9:00 when they opened. I showed up at 8:45 and the truck I was interested in was already running and warming up in the parking lot. John L was great and explained everythin I showed up at 8:45 and the truck I was interested in was already running and warming up in the parking lot. John L was great and explained everything on the truck. No negotiation due to short supply but felt it was a fair price. Second car I have bought from them. Love my new truck! More

Andre was super cool not pushy at all like other salesmen I’ve came across. Genuine guy and upfront with pricing and trade in value. Would recommend if your looking into buying a new vehicle without the pres I’ve came across. Genuine guy and upfront with pricing and trade in value. This is the worst dealership to buy a Toyota in the nation I can assure you that, and I’d steer clear of any Stevinson dealerships- Your business is not valued here and if you’d like to feel like a “nu nation I can assure you that, and I’d steer clear of any Stevinson dealerships- Your business is not valued here and if you’d like to feel like a “number” in a big system this is your place! We came in today to test drive and buy a new tundra. My spouse and I were completely ignored and had to inquire @ the desk for help (they were quite busy) So then 2-3 min later a salesman walked up and acknowledged another couple with children which he thought was the reason for the page/call to the sales desk but apparently these people were also being ignored so we were second in line for service! So we continued to wait for help and a salesman that was sitting at his desk near the window saw this whole show & situation so im sure he felt obligated and got up to help us…After asking about new Tundras with the salesman & availability we found out they had (1) in stock but in a configuration I really wasn’t interested in (double cab) but I still wanted to see the truck since I hadn’t seen a 2022 yet. The salesman grabbed the key and we met @ the door to walk to the vehicle, as we walked out there was already a couple inside the vehicle as it was left unlocked in the parking lot…awkward. They apologized to the salesman and assured him they weren’t buying it but “just wanted to see it” as I found out they had just purchased a used vehicle from this salesman. So after the unannounced couple exited the truck we briefly looked it over and sat in the vehicle, we decided we both liked it and would like to drive it. The salesman agreed and said he would just need a DL & insurance so I provided that documentation. He said to go ahead and get in, start it up and meet him near the customer parking so he could put a license plate on it for the test drive. I got in the truck, the salesman walked away with the couple that bought the used Lexus from the salesman recently and after several attempts I realized the vehicle wouldn’t start because I was given the key to a different 2022 tundra white crewmax (the color and model I actually wanted) 😡…that was actually sold..across the parking lot…WOW SO I get out of the truck, my wife waiting in the vehicle while I go to get the CORRECT key and I walk up to the salesman’s desk who is with 2 other customers and made a joke about how he gave me the key to the one I want but it’s sold and he acted like I was a disturbance but said he would swap it out for the right key…After 5 min or so and running upstairs, over to the managers mezzanine area and back he seemed puzzled…As this happened I get a call from my wife who is sitting in the truck that another salesman came up to the tundra, has the key and is wanting to test drive the vehicle SHE IS SITTING IN. He treated her like she was no longer welcome and insinuated that she needed to get out of the truck. She exited the truck embarrassed and told me we would have to wait until their test drive was done…although we were here before this customer and WE were first in line to test drive the vehicle. As I hang up the phone and I’m standing next to the salesman that had been helping me the other salesman that stole the key walks past us with the test drive plate and out the door saying “we’ll be right back” in the most patronizing way I’ve ever heard. After that crap the salesman next to me said “sorry” and assured me the customers that “cut us in line” aren’t buying that vehicle so don’t worry you can still purchase it…WHAT A JOKE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO MOUNTAIN STATES TOYOTA! More
