The first time we met with him, his calm demeanor and friendly personality put me at ease and made me feel comfortable about sharing our needs and budget. He was very understanding about our situation and was willing to exhaust all his resources to help us find the best deal on our new 4Runner. We didn't purchase one at the time, but because he was so accommodating and kind that I kept in touch and decided to keep him as my sales representative. When we were ready to make the purchase a couple months later, Matt was just as helpful, honest, and trustworthy as during our first meeting. It really reassured me that he and the dealership were centered on great customer service and representing the brand in a positive fashion, while not pushing the customer to make an impulse decision to inflate their paychecks. He was able to find us a brand new 4Runner that was being delivered to a nearby dealership with all our checklist requirements, and had it routed to our dealership for delivery by the end of the week. I was thrilled about the results and the overall professionalism of the entire experience. This dealership and sales representative has definitely restored some faith in how a customer should be treated at a dealership, and I will definitely be bringing my business back when it is time to purchase my truck! Not COMPLETELY honest. I bought a truck from these guys about a month ago and wrote an excellent review on their behalf. And while everything was great, I feel a bit conned. I regrettably purchased an "upgraded, top of the line security system" that supposedly "deterred car thieves with warning sounds" and had all these "features". Little did I know it was a crappy system that does none of what they said, and was even pre-installed. I tried reaching out to the team and asking for help or advice on how to get the system working properly, nothing. I was very happy with the process of buying the vehicle and the sales team but VERY disappointed in the quality of the product they sold me and the lack of help they offered. I'm debating even going back and paying them to service the car. More
