Above and beyond! I was nervous about purchasing a new car and reached out to the dealership through email. Adam Lloyd contacted me the next day and said we could commu I was nervous about purchasing a new car and reached out to the dealership through email. Adam Lloyd contacted me the next day and said we could communicate through email, text, or in any way that would be most convenient for me. With my work schedule it was easier to communicate through text and was pleasantly surprised with the quick response time and quality of the answers I was receiving. The first time I was able to make it down to the dealership for a test drive I felt welcomed and not judged for being a younger buyer. After leaving that day we had established a pretty solid plan for what car I would be purchasing and I felt comfortable with my leasing options. When I was able to come down to complete the paperwork Adam was nice enough to come in on his day off to assist me in the purchasing process. Overall I had a wonderful experience with them during the entire process and have had a great experience work with them since.
