Taking Care As a first time finance buyer, I was skeptical about even trying to buy a new car. Mother nature helped get me one at the opertune time but Michael and Marc were really the ones who found me a car that worked with my budget. Michael was attentive from the first phone call, and called me back promptly when he had the information I needed. Amongst all the hustle and bustle of the hail sale and with over extended employees they made me feel like a premier client, not a young twenty something pinching my pennies. Sure there was a wait, but it was a comfortable one. Any questions I had were answered, no nonsense, there was no smoke screen. They gave me facts in black and white. There was what I could and could not afford; and they found me a new car, with the hail damage I was looking for, for the price I could manage. All with a good sense of humor, and treated me they way they wanted to be treated, with the utmost respect. They've made a loyal customer for many years to come. More

Could have been better We would probably have to say we weren’t overly impressed with our car buying experience. First issue was the fact that no one mentioned that it was We would probably have to say we weren’t overly impressed with our car buying experience. First issue was the fact that no one mentioned that it was very important that Robin’s name went on the paperwork first, with Dan’s as the co-buyer. From the moment we took the car home Dan started receiving emails and mail addressed to him about Robin’s car. When Robin called to schedule service they didn’t even have her name on file for the car. This is Robin’s car. We had to ask repeatedly for the name to be changed to reflect Robin’s contact information. This could have easily been avoided if it was communicated to us that the order of the names on the paperwork would cause these issues. When considering adding the clear bra package to the car, we asked for a diagram and information on the product, but only received a poorly drawn sketch of a car with parts highlighted in yellow highlighter. We assumed a professional paper detailing the product, application options, and warranty would have been provided. Initially our salesman was responsive to emails and answering questions. Upon meeting, he provided us with quality service, let us take the car to our house so our dog could try out the car, and when we decided we wanted to think about it for a day he did not pressure us at all, which we really appreciated. From that point we began to experience communication issues with our salesman regarding email, and somewhat lacking professionalism when communicating via text messaging. We also did not like that the price originally noted on the purchase agreement was $500 more than the price that was quoted in email. When I pointed this out, Garrett kept saying that he was able to reduce it by $500, but in reality, he didn't reduce anything because the price was $500 more than quoted. So actually, there was no price negotiation at all. In addition, the rebate went up $250 the day after we purchased the vehicle from $1750 to $2000. All of this left us with a nagging feeling that we overpaid for the car. Sirius radio was constantly cutting in and out from day 1 of owning the car, and was scheduled for repair. Unfortunately this issue was unable to be repaired by service even after they installed a new antenna, which means we will not be purchasing the Sirius radio subscription which is something we were looking forward to having with our first new car purchase in 20 years. The communication between departments is lacking as well. When taking the car in for service for the antenna and to install the clear bra, again they did not have record of Robin’s name, thought we still needed to pay for the car, apparently did not listen or forgot when it was explained that the car is to go to service after the clear bra install because we received a phone call- asking to speak to Dan of course- saying the car was finished with the clear bra and ready to be picked up. Again I had to explain the car is to go to service for the antenna issue. All things considered we feel as though the process could have been more transparent, smoother, and more professional. More
