Throughout the whole process, he was patient and attentive with no pressure. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle I had inquired about was waiting outside the showroom with my name on it- no waiting to test drive it! He helped me secure a great financing option- ultimately through an indirect loan from a credit union where I already had a membership. I was able to sign all of the paperwork and leave with my new vehicle in the same afternoon. Mission Accomplished I came to Stevenson 4 months ago with the idea that I knew which Tacoma I was interestted in. It was determined given the model, color choice and options I wanted that that particular vehicle would most likely need to be factory ordered. Hesitant to pull the trigger, I continued my own research,..until the day I received the call I'd been waiting for from Jeff. The exact vehicle down to the bed size, color- inside and out, along with all the options was located and brought in for me to test drive. I live in the mountains and bussed myself into Denver where Jeff met me with the vehicle to test drive it back to the dealership. He went out of his way to come in on his day off. Explained in detail the extensive electronic accessories. I never felt pressured once during the process of purchasing. The math was laid out for me in simple easy to follow fashion. Everything felt right. From picking me up at the bus stop to purchasing the vehicle and having it detailed and then sailing out the showroom door, my experience with Jeff lasted maybe an hour and a half.
