Awesome as always! Gary is wonderful to work with. I first met him last year as I was looking to trade in my FJ Cruiser for something new. I found Gary to be soft spoken, unimposing, friendly and knowledgeable about the Toyota line. What struck me most was that even when my husband was present, and we (they) were discussing motors/engines and all things mechanical he still made eye contact with me. (Sounds petty but even though I was not actively participating in that part of the conversation, I felt included and not shut out as a woman). After my positive experience with my FJ/Rav4 trade, both my husband and daughter sought Gary's help with their own trade ins. Both of those went smoothly and both were quite satisfied with their experience. So here it is, less than a year later, and my husband and I are in need of an additional vehicle. Without hesitation, I called Gary. He showed us the inventory, let us take it for a test drive and simply asked what we thought. Would this vehicle fit our needs? No high pressure sales pitch, no complicated jargon, just the question whether this Tacoma would work for us or if we need to look further. Gary had even come in on his day off to work with us! I highly encourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Stevinson to consider working with Gary. He takes the pressure out of the sale and makes the overall experience as good as it can get. Jeff was amazing!! My wife and I were walking around the lot with our daughter in a stroller. And Jeff approached us asking if we needed any help. He went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were able to look at the cars we wanted to while making sure my daughter was happy and content as well. He allowed us to take a test drive to my parents so that my daughter wouldn't have to sit there with us while driving cars and talking. He never pushed or tried to make a sell. He made it very comfortable for my wife and I. Jeff also helped me move car seats and help me unload our trade. I couldn't ask for a better experience and I will be back again and I will deal with Jeff again in a second. More

He answered all the questions I had and helped my wife and me look at different 4Runners. After deciding to test drive one, Michael showed us all the features of that particular vehicle, which we finally purchased. All throughout the process, Michael was extremely helpful, professional and never pushy. He made the purchase a pleasant experience. Meanwhile, Mark Furlong in service was great. Even though it was quite busy, he took the time to not only explain what was going on with my vehicle, but visit as well. In the future, all my service work will be done there. More

AJ was very efficient and thorough in the finance department. He was also very descriptive. When we went back the next day to deliver our extra keys from our trade, Nate helped us get extra keys for our purchased vehicle. We appreciate his attentiveness to our needs. Maurice put us at the top of his list for the keys.
