I approached Michael Ives, who was working at his desk. He immediately stopped what he was doing and gave me his full attention. He answered all the questions I had and helped my wife and me look at different 4Runners. After deciding to test drive one, Michael showed us all the features of that particular vehicle, which we finally purchased. All throughout the process, Michael was extremely helpful, professional and never pushy. He made the purchase a pleasant experience. Meanwhile, Mark Furlong in service was great. Even though it was quite busy, he took the time to not only explain what was going on with my vehicle, but visit as well. In the future, all my service work will be done there. More
