After Stevenson Toyota was finished with it, the bumper was not attached, the driver door was scratched, tabs were missing from the bumper, and mismatched bolts were on the axel. My body shop showed me receipts for all these parts that he put on my car before it went to the dealership. It required an additional 2 days of repainting and reattachment. They will blame their mistakes and recklessness on anyone else, so make sure you take pictures before you send your car to Stevenson Toyota. More

Honest, competent professionals I was recently at Stevinson for some work on my Tundra, and happened to be walking around their showroom. Aaron saw me looking at one of the vehicles I was recently at Stevinson for some work on my Tundra, and happened to be walking around their showroom. Aaron saw me looking at one of the vehicles and asked if I had any questions. We spoke for a few moments, as he quickly and precisely answered a few questions. When I indicated my wife and I were potentially in the market for a new car, he was able to locate the exact make and model, however I indicated I would need her to test drive the vehicle, and sometimes, coordinating our schedules can be a challenge. In any case, we were not able to get in that weekend as my wife was leaving town, but Aaron contacted me a few weeks later via email, and we set up a test drive. To make a long story short, we bought the car, and were able to negotiate a trade / cash deal that was fair for both parties. The administrative process went quickly, and all the folks at Stevinson were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had previously purchased two new Toyota vehicles at another dealer here in town, but I will take my business to Stevinson from now on. The Stevinson team was helpful without being annoying, extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and fair. All in all, a first class outfit and a great experience. More

Graham put up with my constant changes and questions and was awesome to work with, absolutely no pressure at all! AJ in financing was just perfect! He remembered my husband from his truck purchase last June! He even remembered what my husband's occupation is! AJ made the process super fast and even helped my husband with some questions he had on his truck.
