My Best New Car Dealer Experience January 23, 2017 was one of my best days in a very long time. December 23, 2016 was a night that brought my previous Subaru Forester to a screeching h January 23, 2017 was one of my best days in a very long time. December 23, 2016 was a night that brought my previous Subaru Forester to a screeching halt after hitting a pickup truck broadside. The other driver was driving without lights or turn signals and making a left turn across my traffic lanes. When I saw him, it was too late to avoid the crash that totaled my SUV. Now, a month later, I was finally able to shop for a replacement vehicle. The previous weekend I was "shopping online" and noticed Stevinson Toyota West's advertising. I responded by asking for a call with more information. Ryan Litwin sent me a text to make an appointment Monday morning so we could sit down and explore possibilities for his helping me. Long story short: To my surprise I learned that I could lease a 2017 Toyota Tacoma with the amount I could afford for down payment and monthly payments! A J in the Finance Department explained all of the paperwork and available options with my Lease program and allowed me to make the best decisions for my situation. Everyone in the Sales and Finance Departments was so helpful and considerate of me and made sure that I was satisfied at each step of the process. I love my new truck and I am recommending these helpful, caring folks to anyone reading this review. You will be satisfied with people you talk to at Stevinson Toyota West.
