When I changed my mind about what I wanted, he was able to track down my dream Highlander with the exact color combination and features I wanted. As not to reveal my advancing years, I've bought more than just a couple new vehicles during my lifetime. If you're looking for a dealer and it's professionals who treats you like a mature person absent of the a-typical high-pressured, hard close sale that forgets to listen to customer needs, then look no further than Stevinson. I initially inquired about a CPO vehicle online which was my initial contact with Matt. Through email and in-person contact, Matt was extraordinarily attentive and even presented us with a better option which we then pursued. Getting exactly what you want at a fair price with outstanding service eliminates that well-documented regret later on commonly known as "buyer's remorse". We couldn't possibly feel better about our experience at Stevinson. It's quite obvious that the team at Stevinson works like a well-oiled machine because when it came time in the process to work with the Finance Manager, Kendall Janak, the hand-off was warm, welcoming and we were handled with the very level of professionalism and compassion as we were with our salesperson. Although the location of Stevinson isn't particularly close to where we live, I am all too inclined to have my vehicle serviced at Stevinson because the service is nothing short of exceptional.
