Great customer service Austen Reed & Matt Peterson were great to work. They didn't know, but I had visited Mountain States a couple of weeks prior (from whom I had leased m Austen Reed & Matt Peterson were great to work. They didn't know, but I had visited Mountain States a couple of weeks prior (from whom I had leased my previous truck ) to review options for buying my truck or leasing a new model & had a less than great experience. I decided to go to Stevinson as they had serviced my truck in the past & everyone was kind & competent. As soon as I got there, Austen greeted me with a smile. He & Matt proceeded to treat me with respect & treated me like my business mattered, as did all the staff. This was a staggering difference from Mountain States. Austen got me a great deal on a new truck, which far exceeded the other offer (again, beyond his knowledge). Honestly even if they offered me a worse deal, I would have stuck with Austen & Matt because I WANTED to give them my business. They are competent, fast, enjoyable to work with and deserve the business. Go Team Stevinson, you made me a loyal customer! More

He took my vague answers and made several suggestions. He didn't rush me. I only needed to test drive one car and I knew it was a perfect fit. Matt's trainee, Austen, was amazing as well. Aaron is no, "Lot Lizard!" I HATE buying cars. From the moment I set foot on a car lot, I just feel ... yelch! As luck would have it, I had made an appointment to meet with Aa I HATE buying cars. As luck would have it, I had made an appointment to meet with Aaron Wester to test drive some vehicles and try to tame my aversion to car buying. Aaron greeted my wife and I with a grin and a can-do attitude, and put my mind at ease from the get go. He was laid back and listened to what I was after and steered me, pardon the pun, in the exact direction I needed to go. We cruised the showroom, the front lot and the gems in the back, all the while Aaron took all the time we needed and continued to make sure our wants/needs came first. I can say I genuinely enjoyed the experience (and the snacks!) Between the courtesy Aaron showed me during the process and the thoroughness of Eric Bewley's financial presentation while buttoning up the paperwork, I can say my impression car buying has changed for the better. Ryan was cool and calm in my madness, and patiently helped us change the vehicle.
