They did so many things for me to get approved and get into the car I was wanting, they had to pull some strings for me to get approved and finally when I was approved a few days later I got a call that I was able to pick the car up. Excellent Buying Experience I've been researching and looking at buying a Toyota 4Runner for a couple of months. I had heard good things about Stevenson Toyota so when a saw t I've been researching and looking at buying a Toyota 4Runner for a couple of months. I had heard good things about Stevenson Toyota so when a saw the perfect 4Runner for me I went into the dealership to take a look at the SUV. As with most people, buying a car has in the past been an awful experience. Plus, I've been in sales management for years thus I know a good salesperson from a bad salesperson. My sales consultant, Graham Goguen, was EXCELLENT! Extremely knowledgeable about 4Runners and told me things about other 4Runner models that I wasn't aware of. Graham saved me from buying another 4Runner model at a different dealership, which would have been a really bad purchase for me. Graham was professional, low key and really pleasant to work with. I came into the dealership on a Monday night and drove offf the lot in my new 4Runner Tuesday evening feelilng happy that I was treated fairly, with respect and that I received an excellent price on my 4Runner. It was definitely an extensive process so my advice for other customers would be to do your homework before going to the dealer. Get familiar with the terminology, common practices, etc. with both leasing/buying a new car and it will be much easier for both the customer and the dealer to reach decisions together.
