First time car buyer, life long customer. Wandering on to a car lot can be intimidating. Especially if you're a first time car buyer, like me. Luckily for me, there's sales staff like Graham Wandering on to a car lot can be intimidating. Especially if you're a first time car buyer, like me. Luckily for me, there's sales staff like Graham that can really help to stop it all from becoming overwhelming. He quickly noticed my dad and myself aimlessly wandering through the sea of Toyotas, and came to our aid. Graham asked a few questions about what kind of features I liked, and also admired my interest in the 4runner, as he drives one himself. He brought me over to a brand new white 4runner Trail that had everything I wanted, and we went for a test drive. He knew the car inside and out and had extensive knowledge on all the off-road features that make it a "Trail." The whole time we worked with him, he never gave us the "hard sell," which made for an extremely pleasant experience. He was also extremely helpful with showing me what my different options were with leasing or buying, and how much my monthly payments would be. He did such a good job, my dad decided to buy a 4runner from him that day as well. AJ in finance did an awesome job as well. He got us through the paperwork very quickly (both sets!), while still making sure he answered all of our questions (of which I had a lot). Several signatures and a couple handshakes later, my dad and I were leaving in a pair of 4runners. As big as Stevinson Toyota is, Graham and AJ made us feel like we were the only customers that mattered. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Stevinson Toyota be your first stop. More

Matt, my sales guy owned the same truck I was looking to purchase (Tacoma) which was awesome, but I feel his knowledge on all the available models was impeccable. Really friendly with a great professional demeanor. Extremely glad I worked with him, couldn't have asked to work with a nicer guy. The finance department was equally spectacular. Also very friendly and knowledgeable, I worked with Kendall, who (surprise surprise) also owned a Tacoma. I was concerned about getting approved but lo and behold I got the green light and now I'm tooling around in a 2017 Tacoma! Fast,friendly, spectacular I ABSOLUTELY recommend checking them out first. They have made a life long customer. 10/10 would be awed and humbled again. More

When arrived at the dealership Ryan had left early and Matt Peterson helped me answered all my questions and even test drove the vehicle. Unfortunately a 2017 Tacoma was out of my budget and decided to leave that day. A couple days after Ryan emailed me about what range I was willing to pay per month and found me a 2016 Tacoma. Overall great service all questions answered and financial manager josh was also great he explained all the paperwork with good detail. Very happy with my experience with Stevinson Toyota West !!
