Matt was friendly and engaging, but also professional and knowledgeable. At no time did we feel that we were being pressured, which is an experience that we've learned to try to avoid. Matt took us through the experience of buying our 4Runner, and was patient in the aftermath, demonstrating the features with which we were not familiar. He even took the time to show us how to use the bluetooth phone connection in our other car, a 2012 Infiniti. It was a pleasure dealing with Matt. Also, Michael Doucet in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. A great experience on that front, too. More

He laid out different options and prices of the vehicles we were looking at. He gave us great deals right off the back no hassle no all day haggling needed. He helped us through the whole process kept us updated on time and what was happening, gassed it up, setup all the features in the car, and gave us 0% interest for the life of the loan. He was great! I am really happy with this experience and would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman Ryan. I was a little off put about part of my experience with Josh (I think that's right from finance) when talking about my option to purchase a warranty for the used car I bought. After he reviewed the options I said I think I'm going to pass on the $2,800 warranty offered because I have confidence in this cars reliability. He responded with "are you crazy?" I know this is my option and that this is an up sale. I did not appreciate his response as buying a car is stressful and the unknown of buying a used car is a tough decision. More
