Spent little time reviewing the vehicle, but given it was Christmas Eve when I picked up, that was fine. He promised to review things with me when we return from China in February, which wil lwork out better. Good F&I process. Josh understood that I knew the process and we had a straightforward review. Also did a good job of placing the loan and following up regarding the CO SoS Company Certificate change he needed. Given it was Christmas Eve afternoon, the 15-20 minute wait was fine to start the process. We will consider Stevinson Lexus first, later this year when we plan to replace my wife's vehicle. More
